The boys are going to have a new baby cousin...

My sister-in-law, Katy, is pregnant with her first baby. They are having a baby boy named Finley Orion Wren. He should arrive sometime late September. I took the boys down Saturday and we headed over to Mobile for her shower. It was so much fun to see everyone and help celebrate Katy's soon to be bundle of joy! I am looking forward to being an Aunt!

The boys are excited at the thought of having cousin to play with soon!

It was nice to be able to catch up with Katy and see Josh while they are home for a couple of weeks (they live in Fort Lewis, Wa). The boys had fun playing with their cousins while we were at the shower. We headed over to the fountain at Malbis so they could run through the water and cool off from the southern heat.

It was a short trip but a lot of fun! Next week we are headed back to Daphne/Mobile for our cousin Theresa's wedding. We can't wait to see family again!

A little out of order but worth posting...

About 3 weeks ago we took the boys to Children's Museum in Atlanta. The Children's Museum was so much fun. The boys played hard for about 2 1/2 hours. It was great since it was a big room that had different sections for them to play in. They had a blast playing on the water paint wall, the dress up corner, shopping at the grocery store, and much more. They had so much fun that Kai threw a fit when we had to leave. It was definitely a fun family day!

Anniversary/Father's Day Weekend

We had a fun filled weekend. Gigi came up to help watch the boys so that Jeremy and I could have a nice date night for our anniversary. Once she got up here we headed over to Leigh's house for the pool party celebrating Katie's 25th birthday and Steven's Graduation. They rented a big blow up slide which was a lot of fun. Kai even slid down with me on it once!

Afterwards we headed back to the house where we hung out for a bit before Jeremy and I went to Longhorn's for dinner and Yogurt Mountain for dessert. Let me just say I Yogurt Mountain is a new favorite place. For those who do not have one it is a frozen yogurt place where they have about 16 flavors of yogurt which you get to pick and then you get to pick the toppings you would like.I had red velvet and a bunch of different toppings (I'm not even gonna mention all the toppings I put on it!) and then they weigh it to find out how much it will cost. It was fun and yummy tasty treat!

Sunday was Father's Day and we had a nice morning with the boys. Gigi took the boys to the park for a little bit and by the time they got home they were exhausted! That is when Jeremy and I slipped out to see a movie. We came back to the boys playing in the blow up pool where we enjoyed beers and had pizza for dinner! Not a bad weekend.

I can't believe it was 6 years ago that I married my best friend. I don't know what I would do without Jeremy. He is a great Dad and husband. Thank you for all that you do for us! Much love to my wonderful hubby!
Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there!
